Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

We answer some common questions about medical weight loss and our programmes.

How Do I Start My Weight Loss Journey?

Starting your journey with us is easy. Begin by looking at our “Am I Suitable” page. Check your BMI and if you’re eligible, we set up a consultation with our doctor, either in person or online. Once your programme is agreed, we take your payment, and your first month of medication and plan will be sent discreetly in the post.

Can I Sign Up Online?

Yes, we offer our weight loss service across the whole of the UK and it can be done online, on the telephone and via post. You can receive your consultation, prescriptions and medications without leaving your home.

Can I See A Doctor in person?

Yes! We have a medical clinic in Glasgow, where you can attend to see a doctor. Our clinic is at 14 Newton Terrace, Glasgow, Scotland, G3 7PJ, and you can arrange an appointment by calling 0141 248 7724 or emailing: info@nadcellclinic.com.

What weight loss medications do you offer?

We offer a variety of weight loss pills and injections to help people lose weight, including Ozempic, Saxenda, Phentermine, Diethylpropion, Mysimba and Chromium. We also offer NAD+ treatment and Fat Burning injections, that aren’t technically medications per se, but they do contain vitamins, minerals and other compounds that can promote weight loss and a healthy body.

Can I Get Treatment on the NHS?

Currently, some of the medications are available on the NHS, but only for patients with type 2 diabetes. Others may be available if you speak to your GP, but there may be a waiting time. As we are a private clinic and you need to pay for the treatment, you can get a prescription and the medications immediately.

How Does Delivery Work?

All medications are dispensed directly from us for next-day delivery. Alternatively, if you live near our clinic in Glasgow, Scotland, you can collect. We offer next-day UK-wide delivery. Contact us for more details on our plans.

How do I pay?

Once we agree on your weight loss plan and work out the cost of your treatment, we take payment using debit and credit cards as well as bank transfers. Because of the nature of weight loss treatment, it is usually a month-by-month treatment and you can pay each month for your treatment.
